Complaints, replacement and return

A guide to solving EXCHANGE OF GOODS, RETURNS OF GOODS and CLAIMS to our customers
 

1. Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract
 

1.1. The buyer has the right under the Civil Code to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of receipt of goods. Withdrawal from the contract must be sent to the seller within 14 days.

1.2. The customer must send the goods with the original packaging. For feeds and delicacies, goods can only be returned in intact packaging.

1.3. For withdrawal from the contract, the buyer can use the sample form provided by the seller, download is available here. Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract may be sent by the Buyer to, inter alia, the address of the Seller's premises AKINU CZ, Mělnická 338 Dolní Beřkovice 277 01.

1.4. Goods must be returned to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller's address of the Seller AKINU CZ, Mělnická 338 Dolní Beřkovice 277 01.

1.5. If the buyer withdraws from the purchase contract, the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods to the seller, even if the goods cannot be returned due to their usual postal route.

1.6. Goods buyer may not send cash on delivery. Billing is only made after the goods have been taken over and checked.

1.7. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the seller will return the funds received from the buyer within fourteen (14) days of withdrawal from the contract by the buyer, by cashless transfer to the account specified by the buyer.

1.8. If a gift is given to the buyer together with the goods, the gift contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded with the termination condition that if the buyer withdraws from the contract, the gift contract for such gift is lost and the buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller as well gift provided.

2. Exchange of goods
 

2.1. For exchange of goods is always necessary to negotiate with the seller by e-mail info@akinu.com or by phone +420 737 246 763.

2.2. The goods must be returned to the Seller at the address of the Seller AKINU CZ, Mělnická 338 Dolní Beřkovice 277 01.

2.3. Goods must be unused and shipped with the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

2.4. Goods buyer may not send cash on delivery. Billing is only made after the goods have been taken over and checked.

2.5. After receiving the goods, the goods are picked for replacement.

2.6. When changing goods for the same value.

      2.6.1. Payment on delivery.

         Goods worth 0, - CZK + shipping for 99, - CZK will be paid to the carrier by cash on delivery.

      2.6.2. Prepay on account.

         Goods worth 0, - CZK + freight for 79, - CZK will be paid by bank transfer to AKINU.

 

2.7. In exchange for a more expensive product, we charge a surcharge that can be paid on delivery or in advance by bank transfer to AKINU.

      2.7.1. Payment on delivery.

         Surcharge for goods + freight for 99, - CZK you pay carrier on delivery.

      2.7.2. Prepay on account.

         Surcharge for goods + freight for 79, - CZK you pay by bank transfer to AKINU.

 

2.8. When replacing goods for a cheaper product, we charge a fee that can be paid on delivery or in advance by bank transfer to AKINU.

      2.8.1. Payment on delivery.

         We will deduct the overpayment from the price of the transport 99, - CZK and pay this amount to the carrier on delivery.

      2.8.2. Prepay on account

         We will deduct the overpayment from the price of the transport 79, - CZK and pay this amount by transfer to the AKINU account.

 

 

3. Complaints about goods
 

3.1. For claiming goods is always necessary to negotiate with the seller by e-mail info@akinu.com or by phone +420 737 246 763.

3.2. Damaged package claim. If a carrier brings a crumpled, torn package or hole in it:

      3.2.1. Write down a protocol with the carrier that carries the carrier with you.

      3.2.2. Contact the seller via e-mail info@akinu.com or by phone +420 737 246 763.

      3.2.3. After agreement we will send the package with the goods again or we will return the funds received from the buyer within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the information about the damaged package, by bank transfer to the account specified by the buyer.

3.3. Complaints during the warranty period

      3.3.1. If a defect occurs within six months of receipt, the goods are deemed to have been defective upon receipt. The Buyer is entitled to exercise the right of defect that occurs in consumer goods within 24 months of receipt.

      3.3.2. Contact the seller via e-mail info@akinu.com or by phone +420 737 246 763.

      3.3.3. In the case of a warranty claim, we will offer the customer replacement of goods, repair of goods, return of goods, discount or refund.

      3.3.4. Goods buyer may not send cash on delivery. Billing is only made after the goods have been taken over and checked.

      3.3.5. The goods must be returned to the Seller at the address of the Seller AKINU CZ, Mělnická 338 Dolní Beřkovice 277 01.
